1. Invariant Subspaces in Spaces of Analytic Functions
Abstract : Let D be a finitely connected bounded domain with smooth boundary in the complex plane. We first study Banach spaces of analytic functions on D . The main result is a theorem which converts the study of hyperinvariant subspaces on multiply connected domains into the study of hyperinvariant subspaces on domains with fewer holes. READ MORE

2. Removable singularities for Hardy spaces of analytic functions
Abstract : Let Ω ⊂ C be a non-empty open connected set and O < p min {1, p} then K is not removable. Several theorems about removability of sets lying on rectifiable curves and also conditions for removability of some planar self-similar Cantor sets are given... READ MORE

3. Interpolation of Hilbert spaces
Abstract : (i) We prove that intermediate Banach spaces A, B with respect to arbitrary Hilbert couples H, K are exact interpolation iff they are exact K-monotonic, i.e. the condition f0∊A and the inequality K(t,g0;K)≤K(t,f0;H), t>0 imply g0∊B and ||g0||B≤||f0||A (K is Peetre's K-functional). 4. Properties of wave-front sets and non-tangential convergence
Abstract : In this thesis we consider regularity properties for solutions to partial differential equations and pseudo-differential equations. The thesis mainly concerns wave-front sets and micro-local properties. READ MORE

5. Topics in Complex Analysis and Operator Theory I. The shift operator on spaces of vector-valued analytic functions II. Fatou-type theorems for general approximate identities III. Preduals of Q_p-spaces
Abstract : This thesis consists of six articles on three different subjects in the area of complex analysis, operator theory and harmonic analysis. Part I - "The Shift Operator on Spaces of Vector-valued Analytic Functions" consists of three closely connected articles that investigate certain operators in the Cowen-Douglas class with spectrum D - the unit disc, or equivalently, the shift operator M_z (multiplication by $z$) on Hilbert spaces of vector-valued analytic functions on D.
