    Abstract : I den här avhandlingen undersöks den grammatiska samtalskonstruktionen apokoinou i svenskt samtalsspråk. I kontrast till traditioner av normativ grammatik och teoretiska perspektiv på språk, där apokoinou och besläktade fenomen har exkluderats från grammatisk beskrivning eller blivit behandlade som produkter av olika typer av misstag, är apokoinou här re-specificerad som en i högsta grad funktionell grammatisk resurs och metod för att åstadkomma lokala kommunikativa projekt i samtal. Post-marketing pharmacovigilance reporting databases with compiled individual case safety reports (ICSRs) have been shown to be particularly useful in the detection of novel drug - ADR combinations, though these reports have not been fully used to detect adverse drug interactions.     Abstract : The overall aim of this thesis was to investigate the use of speech-generating device (SGD)-mediated interaction with children with anarthria, severe physical impairments and intellectual disabilities due to cerebral palsy with a focus on partner strategies and social practices.Studies I and II were cross-sectional studies that used questionnaires, which were analyzed using descriptive statistics and directed content analysis.
