  2. 2. Photoelectron spectroscopic studies of deposited metal clusters and model catalyst systems

    Author : Staffan Andersson; Uppsala universitet; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Physics; Fysik; Physics; Fysik; fysik; Physics;

    Abstract : Metal clusters are small metal aggregates between atomic and metal systems. Their physical and chemical properties have been observed to change with size. Their surface fraction is large which makes them of particular interest for catalysis. Most presently used catalyst systems consist of small metal particles on porous oxide supports. READ MORE

  3. 3. Corruption in Sweden : Exploring Danger Zones and Change

    Author : Staffan Andersson; Gullan Gidlund; Torbjörn Bergman; Paul Heywood; Umeå universitet; []

    Abstract : In this dissertation I study corruption in the public sector in Sweden, a country which the literature regards as having few corruption problems. Sweden is therefore classified as a “least corrupt” case, and such countries are seldom studied in corruption research. My work is thus an effort to fill a gap in the literature. READ MORE

  4. 4. Supporting the Implementation of Industrial Robots in Collaborative Assembly Applications

    Author : Staffan Andersson; Jessica Bruch; Marie Jonsson; Mälardalens högskola; []
    Keywords : TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Collaborative robots; Human-robot collaboration; assembly operations; operations management; flexible assembly; Innovation and Design; innovation och design; Innovation and Design; innovation och design;

    Abstract : Until recently, few technologies have been applicable to increase flexibility in the manufacturers’ assembly applications, but the introduction of industrial robots in collaborative assembly applications provides such opportunities. Specifically, these collaborative assembly applications present an opportunity to, in a fenceless environment, combine the flexibility of the human with the accuracy, repeatability, and strengths of the robot while utilizing less floor space and allowing portable applications.
