1. MaltParser -- An Architecture for Inductive Labeled Dependency Parsing
Abstract : This licentiate thesis presents a software architecture for inductive labeled dependency parsing of unrestricted natural language text, which achieves a strict modularization of parsing algorithm, feature model and learning method such that these parameters can be varied independently. The architecture is based on the theoretical framework of inductive dependency parsing by Nivre \citeyear{nivre06c} and has been realized in MaltParser, a system that supports several parsing algorithms and learning methods, for which complex feature models can be defined in a special description language. 2. Prior Knowledge and Recognition Memory : a Computational Modeling Approach
Abstract : For more than a century, an immense interest has been devoted to the study of recognition memory, where a multitude of memory phenomena has been explained. Recognition memory is usually described with parsimonious measurement and statistical models, stemming from dual process theory and signal detection theory. READ MORE

3. Aspects of memory and representation in cortical computation
4. Emotion and Learning - A Computational Model of the Amygdala
Abstract : The amygdala is a small subcortical structure that has long been implicated in the conditioning of fear and other emotions. It is heavily interconnected to a number of both cortical and subcortical structures and is thus well placed to integrate sensory inputs from multiple areas to produce emotional reactions directly as well as influence learning and attention systems. 5. Numerical simulation of well stirred biochemical reaction networks governed by the master equation
Abstract : Numerical simulation of stochastic biochemical reaction networks has received much attention in the growing field of computational systems biology. Systems are frequently modeled as a continuous-time discrete space Markov chain, and the governing equation for the probability density of the system is the (chemical) master equation. READ MORE
