  1. 1. Complex Macromolecular Architectures by Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization

    Author : Anna Carlmark; KTH; []
    Keywords : TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; polymer chemistry; controlled radical polymerization;

    Abstract : Controlled radical polymerization has proven to be a viableroute to obtain polymers with narrow polydispersities (PDI's)and controlled molecular weights under simple reactionconditions. It also offers control over the chain-]ends of thesynthesized polymer. READ MORE

  3. 3. On the Modelling of Mechanical Dewatering in Papermaking

    Author : Vinicius Lobosco; KTH; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; paper; modelling; dewatering; forming; wet pressing; fibre network stress; rheology; hysteresis; intra-fibre water; compressibility; structural stress; stress-strain; restricted gels; swelling;

    Abstract : Most of the water fed into a paper machine is removedmechanically in the forming and press sections. One of thefactor which has an important influence on mechanicaldewatering, i.e. in both forming and pressing, is thestress-strain behaviour of the fibre network. READ MORE

  5. 5. Anypath Routing for Reducing Latency in Multi-Channel Wireless Mesh Networks

    Author : Andreas Lavén; Anna Brunstrom; Andreas Kassler; Björn Landfeldt; Karlstads universitet; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Wireless Mesh Networks; Anypath Routing; Forwarding; VoIP; Computer Science; Datavetenskap;

    Abstract : Increasing capacity in wireless mesh networks can be achieved by using multiple channels and radios. By using different channels, two nodes can send packets at the same time without interfering with each other. To utilize diversity of available frequency, a channel assignment scheme is required.
