2. Methodology for hemoglobin adduct measurement : Fetal exposures to acrylamide and other genotoxic agents
Abstract : There is increasing evidence that exposure to toxic chemicals during the prenatal period constitute a higher health risk than exposure during adulthood. To characterize exposure and identify risk factors, sensitive methods for analysis of chemicals in vivo with biomarker methods are needed. READ MORE

3. Lipid peroxidation in vivo : Evaluation and application of methods for measurement
Abstract : Lipid peroxidation is thought to be an important factor in the pathophysiology of a number of diseases and in the process of ageing, but its measurement in vivo has been difficult. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate methods for measurement of lipid peroxidation in vivo that are suitable for clinical investigations, and to apply these methods in animal and human studies investigating basal conditions and situations associated with increased lipid peroxidation. 4. Geometrical and dimensional Measurement Planning : - a systematic and holistic approach
5. Exhaustion Dominated Performance: Methodology, Tools and Empirical Experiments
Abstract : Problem with application sensitivity to insufficient resources in High PerformanceComputing (HPC) clusters has been a longstanding issue of concern for industries. Inthis thesis we propose a method based on a black box approach for characterizationand analysis of engineering simulation applications with respect to available hardwareresources in the situation of resource depletion.
