    Abstract : Mechanisms involved in the clearance of chylomicrons and aspects of the interactions at the vascular endothelium were studied in the rat.The poly-anion heparin, known to release lipoprotein lipase (LPL) from the vascular endothelium, enhanced the clearance of chylomicrons. READ MORE
