16. Data analytics for weak spot detection in power distribution grids
Abstract : This research aims to develop data-driven methods that extract information from the available data in distribution grids for detecting weak spots, including the components with degraded reliability and areas with power quality problems. The results enable power distribution companies to change from reactive maintenance to predictive maintenance by deriving benefits from available data. READ MORE

17. Time-varying Waveform Distortion in Low voltage network
Abstract : The progressive advancement in new technologies has introduced new types of equipment into the grid. Some of these devices, which have gained significant popularity in the last few decades are photovoltaic (PV) systems and wind power systems from the generation side, and energy-efficient lighting i.e. READ MORE

18. Mechanistic-Empirical Modelling of Flexible Pavement Performance : Verifications Using APT Measurements
Abstract : Mechanistic-Empirical (M-E) pavement design procedures are composed of a reliable response model to estimate the state of stress in the pavement and distress models in order to predict the different types of pavement distresses due to the prevailing traffic and environmental conditions. One of the main objectives of this study was to develop a response model based on multilayer elastic theory (MLET) with improved computational performance by optimizing the time consuming parts of the MLET processes. 19. Designing for the incorporation of programming in mathematical education : Programming as an instrument for mathematical problem solving
Abstract : This study explored Swedish upper secondary school students’ use of programming for mathematical purposes. The aim of the study was to investigate the process through which students learn how to use a programming environment as a technical artefact during mathematical problem solving and how the orchestration of such learning situations could facilitate this process. 20. Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati. The Context and Significance of a Modern Hindu Personalist
Abstract : This study explores the life and work of Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati (1874-1937), a Vaishnava guru of the school of Chaitanya (1486-1534), who, at a time that Hindu non-dualism was most prominent, managed to establish a pan-Indian movement for the modern revival of traditional personalist bhakti that today encompasses both Indian and non-Indian populations throughout the world. To most historians, the period between 1815 and 1914 is known as Britain’s Imperial Century, when the power of British cultural influence was at its height, most especially in Calcutta, India, the jewel of the British crown.
