1. Potential Flow Panel Methods for the Calculation of Free-surface Flows with Lift
Abstract : Two non-linear Rankine-source panel methods are developed and implemented in the same computer code. The first method uses a four-point upwind operator on the free-surface to compute the velocity derivatives and to enforce the radiation condition while the second method uses an analytical expression for the velocity derivatives and a collocation point shift one panel upstream to prevent upstream waves. 2. Vortex fluctuations in superconductors
Abstract : The vortex fluctuations have proved to be responsible for the onset of dissipation in thin type-II superconducting Aims. There is also growing evidence that dissipation in high- temperature superconductors exhibits the same kind of two-dimensional (2D) behavior. READ MORE

3. Development of Vortex Filament Method for Wind Power Aerodynamics
Abstract : Wind power is currently one of the cleanest and widely distributed renewable energy sources serving as an alternative to fossil fuel generated electricity. Exponential growth of wind turbines all around the world makes it apt for different research disciplines. READ MORE

4. Development of Vortex Filament Method for Aerodynamic Loads on Rotor Blades
Abstract : Wind power is currently one of the most reliable new energy sources serving as an alternative tofossil fuel generated electricity and is known as a widely distributed clean and renewable sourceof energy. It is now the world’s fastest growing energy source and has also become one of themost rapidly expanding industries. READ MORE

5. Nonlinear dynamics of strongly-bound magnetic vortex pairs
Abstract : This work is a study of nonlinear phenomena in vertically stacked pairs of magnetic vortices. New dynamic regimes are uncovered with a decrease in the inter-vortex separation to below the lateral vortex-core size. READ MORE
