   Abstract : Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) are independently involved in several cancer-associated mechanisms including autocrine stimulation of cancer cells, stimulation of tumor angiogenesis and regulation of interstitial fluid pressure (IFP). The scope of this thesis was to investigate the combinatory effect of anti-VEGF and anti-PDGF treatment on tumor angiogenesis and tumor IFP. READ MORE
