21. Design of multi-standard baseband processors
Abstract : Efficient programmable baseband processors are important in order to enable true multi-standard radio platforms and software defined radio systems. The ever changing wireless network industry also requires flexible and versatile baseband processors to be able to adapt quickly to new and updated standards. READ MORE

22. Design of programmable multi-standard baseband processors
Abstract : Efficient programmable baseband processors are important to enable true multi-standard radio platforms as convergence of mobile communication devices and systems requires multi-standard processing devices. The processors do not only need the capability to handle differences in a single standard, often there is a great need to cover several completely different modulation methods such as OFDM and CDMA with the same processing device. 23. Energy Feedback and Demand Response Strategies : Exploring Household Engagement and Response Using a Mixed Methods Approach
Abstract : Real-time energy feedback (EF) and demand response using dynamic pricing tariffs (DR) have been suggested as effective intervention strategies to meet the need for increased energy efficiency and demand flexibility in the residential sector. Although previous studies provide some empirical support for the effectiveness of EF and DR, evaluation approaches used in practical experiments and field trials commonly suffer from several methodological shortcomings, preventing deeper of knowledge on the potential and barriers for EF and DR to influence household energy consumption. 24. In-Line Bit Interleaved Serially Concatenated Coded Modulation
Abstract : A communication system using in-line bit interleaved serially concatenated trellis coded modulation (SCTCM) over the additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel is investigated. In-line bit interleaving refers to an interleaving method for which the random bit interleaver is divided into several independent constituent bit interleavers. READ MORE

25. New Code Design and Analysis Tools for Serially Concatenated Systems
Abstract : In-line bit interleaving has over the last decade been used in a number of papers, and has proven to be very effective. Although it has several advantages over conventional bit interleaving, the use of conventional bit interleaving is still far more common. READ MORE
