   Abstract : An increasing number of damages of electric nature are being observed on modem electronic sensitiveequipment connected to low voltage power installation (LVPI) networks when they are exposed tolightning electromagnetic fields (LEMPs), or indeed, any other electromagnetic pulse (EMP).
