    Abstract : Mature mast cells reside in the tissue as heavily granulated cells possessing a regulatory function in innate and adaptive immunity against pathogens, but also detrimentally in atopic, as well as, chronic inflammation-associated diseases such as allergic reactions and autoimmunity.
