  2. 22. Static WCET Analysis Based on Abstract Interpretation and Counting of Elements

    Author : Stefan Bygde; Björn Lisper; Andreas Ermedahl; Jan Gustafsson; Konstantinos Sagonas; Ulf Nilsson; Mälardalens högskola; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; parametric WCET analysis; program analysis; abstract interpretation; Computer science; Datalogi; Computer Science; datavetenskap;

    Abstract : In a real-time system, it is crucial to ensure that all tasks of the system holdtheir deadlines. A missed deadline in a real-time system means that the systemhas not been able to function correctly. If the system is safety critical, this canlead to disaster. READ MORE

  3. 23. Epidemiological and Bacteriological Aspects of Spotted Fever Rickettsioses in Humans, Vectors and Mammals in Sweden

    Author : Karin Elfving; Kenneth Nilsson; Eva Hjelm; Björn Olsen; Tomas Bergström; Uppsala universitet; []

    Abstract : Rickettsiae are obligate intracellular gram-negative bacteria transmitted by arthropod vectors. Rickettsiae sometimes cause disease in humans, typically with high fever, headache and occasionally an eschar.In Sweden, Rickettsia helvetica, belonging to the spotted fever group, is the only tick-transmitted rickettsia found free in nature. 4. 24. Mechanisms of Blister Formation on Concrete Bridge Decks with Waterprooving Asphalt Pavement Systems

    Author : Biruk Wobeshet Hailesilassie; Björn Birgisson; Lars-Olof Nilsson; KTH; []
    Keywords : TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; blister growth; PBM waterproofing membrane; orthotropic material; biaxial test; peeling test; elliptical blister growth;

    Abstract : Bridge decks are commonly subjected to harsh environmental conditions that often lead to serious corrosion problems triggered by blisters under the hot mix asphalt bridge deck surfacing and secretly evolving during weather exposure until damage is often detected too late. Blisters may form under both the waterproofing dense mastic asphalt layer or under the waterproofing membrane which is often applied as additional water protection under the mastic asphalt (MA).
