1. Protein modularity : Structure and interactions by NMR and SPR
Abstract : Protein degradation is a fundamental cornerstone of regulation of protein levels in the human body. For proper function, numerous molecular processes rely on fine-tuned communication through specific interactions between proteins. READ MORE

3. Protein-Protein Interactions in Human Aquaporin Regulation
Abstract : Water is an essential compoment of every living orgamism and forms a major part of the human body. Regulated water transport is crucial for proper cell functioning and body homeostasis. READ MORE

4. Body Protein and its Change in Patients During Anti-Tumor Treatment
Abstract : The purpose of this study was to investigate how total body protein and its fraction of body weight (body protein fraction) change in cancer patients during different anti-tumor treatments, and to see if these changes have any clinical significance in the form of prognostic value or correlation with disease course and tumor response. In 84 patients, 28 with lung cancer, 24 with gastrointestinal tumors, 30 with breast cancer, 1 with non-Hodgkin lymphoma and 1 with kidney cancer, the total amount of body nitrogen was measured using an in vivo prompt gamma neutron activation technique. 5. Experimental Protein Dynamics and its Role in Predicting Protein Function
Abstract : By studying proteins we learn about the processes that control life, such as important procedures in the body, diseases and eventually find more targeted cures for many diseases. Proteins are constantly being built up and decomposed in living organisms. Many proteins move and interact with other proteins or small molecules in the cell. READ MORE
