Abstract : This thesis is concerned with three language debates that reached their most crucial peaks in Sweden at the beginning of the twenty-first century: (i) the debate on the promotion of the Swedish language, (ii) the debate on language testing for citizenship, and (iii) the debate on mother tongue instruction. 3. Congenital Dyserythropoietic Anemia type III (CDA III) : diagnostics, genetics and morbidity
Abstract : The Congenital Dyserythropoietic Anemias (CDA) are rare hereditary hemolytic disorders with large bi- to multi-nucleated erythroblasts in the bone marrow. 4. The materiality of media discourse : on capitalism and journalistic modes of writing
Abstract : The purpose of the study is to analyse the relationship between the capitalist hegemonic order and the mass media, with the latter restricted to two elite newspapers (Swedish DN and Slovenian Delo) and the selection of news materials from three bodies of international media coverage: NATO’s military intervention in former Yugoslavia, 1999, the political demonstrations against the IMF and the World Bank in Prague, 2000, and 9/11, 2001. 5. Pharmacokinetic studies on cladribine
Abstract : The aims of the present study were to delineate the pharmacokinetics, in plasma and leukaemia cells, of cladribine (M), and to describe factors influencing the outcome of administration of CdA in order to individualize and optimize treatment. CdA is a nucleoside analogue with a cytotoxic activity in low-grade lymphoproliferative disorders and childhood acute myelogenous leukaemia. READ MORE
