1. Silicon nanowire based devices for More than Moore Applications
Abstract : Silicon nanowires (SiNW) are in the spotlight for a few years in the research community as a good candidate for biosensing applications. This is attributed to their small dimensions in nanometer scale that offers high sensitivity, label-free detection and at the same time utilizing small amount of sample. READ MORE

2. Micro-scale studies of wear
Abstract : The development of materials for tribological components is constantly striving to more sophisticated properties, specialised for specific applications. This progress requires and depends to a large extent on a parallel development of the theoretical knowledge of wear and on development of the experimental tools for investigating wear in the research lab as well as in the field. 3. Removal of Micropollutants from Wastewater : evaluation of effect of upgrading ozonation to electro-peroxone
Abstract : The United Nations (UN) has adopted 17 “Sustainable Development Goals” (SDGs) to achieve a clean, better and sustainable future. SDG 6 is to ensure that everyone has access to clean water and sanitation by 2030. READ MORE

4. Free to Move Along : On the Urbanisation of Cross-border Mobility Controls - A Case of Roma 'EU migrants' in Malmö, Sweden
5. Effects of high sugar concentrations in production scale bioreactor : a scale-down study of s. cervisiae
Abstract : Substrate concentration gradients exist in large-scalebioreactors, due to a combination of insufficient mass transferand mixing, and microbial activities. Zones with high substrateconcentration may arise close to a feed point. It is largelyunknown to what extent these gradients influence themicroorganisms and what the microbial response might be.
