  1. 6. Social and Organizational Aspects of Requirements Engineering Methods

    Author : C. G. Mikael Johansson; Linköpings universitet; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES;

    Abstract : Improving requirements engineering has been recognized as critical for the 1990s. Reported differences in theoretical reasoning vs. the practice of how methods are used suggest a need for further research. A way to proceed is to investigate how real-life system design situations can be supported the best way. READ MORE

  2. 7. Self-Service Recovery

    Author : Niklas Johansson; Anders G. Nilsson; Bo Edvardsson; Sten Carlsson; Jan Lindvall; Karlstads universitet; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Service recovery; self-service technology; self-service recovery; IT-enabler; value creation; Informatics; Informatik; Information Systems; Informatik;

    Abstract : Service recovery is about problems. What happens when customers experience problems? Well, sometimes customers complain to the one responsible for the service. Sometimes customers do not complain but instead tell somebody else about the problem, possibly leading to a bad reputation for the one responsible for the service. READ MORE

  3. 8. Fatty acid methyl esters as reactive diluents in solvent-borne thermally cured coil-coatings

    Author : Katarina Johansson; Mats Johansson; Mats Jonsson; KTH; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Fatty acids; Reactive diluents; Coatings; Thermal curing; Transesterification; Film properties; Polymer chemistry; Polymerkemi;

    Abstract : This work describes how a fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) derived from a vegetable oil can be introduced as reactive diluent in a solvent-borne thermally cured coil-coating system. The evaluated reactive diluent, rape seed methyl ester (RME), has been evaluated both in a fully formulated clear coat system and via model studies. READ MORE

  4. 9. Thermally cured coil-coatings utilizing novel resins and fatty acid methyl esters as reactive diluents

    Author : Katarina Johansson; Mats Johansson; Rolf van Benthem; KTH; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Coatings; Coil-coatings; Thermal cure; Reactive diluents; Fatty acids; Transesterification; Hyperbranched polyester resins; Film properties; Polymer chemistry; Polymerkemi;

    Abstract : Solvent-borne thermally cured coil-coating resins contain large amounts of volatile organic solvents in order to obtain suitable flow for film application. This work describes how the expensive and environmental hazardous volatile organic solvent content of a solvent-borne thermally cured polyester/melamine coil-coating system can be reduced by introduction of fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs) as reactive diluents and modification of the polyester binder resin. 5. 10. Asymmetric Oligothiophenes : Chemical Evolution of Multimodal Amyloid Ligands

    Author : Leif B.G. Johansson; Peter Nilsson; Peter Konradsson; Mikael Elofsson; Linköpings universitet; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES;

    Abstract : Luminescent conjugated polymers (LCPs) and luminescent conjugated oligothiophenes (LCOs) can be used as molecular probes to study diseases associated with protein aggregation. The conventionally used dyes to study and detect protein aggregates, denoted amyloid, have been Congo red (CR) and Thioflavin T (ThT). READ MORE
