    Abstract : The overall aim of this thesis was to investigate predefined headings in a Swedish county council multi-professional EHR system in terms of their shared application, what aspects of health and health care they reflected, and their correspondence to legal requirements. To fulfill this objective, two semi-naturalistic studies were conducted where ten driver participants drove a test vehicle through a three-way intersection repeatedly, driving straight, turning left, and turning right in a total of six possible passes.
