1. Biomechanical assessment of head and neck movements in neck pain using 3D movement analysis
Abstract : Three-dimensional movement analysis was used to evaluate head and neck movement in patients with neck pain and matched controls. The aims were to further develop biomechanical models of head and neck kinematics, to investigate differences between subjects with non-specific neck pain and whiplash associated disorders (WAD), and to evaluate the potential of objective movement analysis as a decision support during diagnosis and follow-up of patients with neck pain. 2. KinAesthetic Movement Interaction : Designing for the Pleasure of Motion
Abstract : This thesis aims at identifying and exploring properties and design aspects of human movement when used as interaction modality between people and technology. The work has been carried out with a multidisciplinary approach and combines theories, methods and practices from various areas such as modern dance, pedagogy, behavioural science, human computer interaction and research through design. 3. Car movement patterns and the PHEV
Abstract : Roughly 30% of Sweden’s total greenhouse gas emissions originate from transport and a majority of them from cars. The plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) avoids the range limitation of the fully electric vehicle while still allowing for a major share of the fuel to be replaced by electricity from the grid and can thereby reduce greenhouse gas emissions, local pollutants and energy security concerns. 4. Assessment of PHEV potential to reduce fuel use in Sweden using GPS data for car movements
Abstract : Roughly 30% of Sweden’s total greenhouse gas emissions originate from transport. These emissions need to be reduced to be able to reach the by The Swedish parliament adopted goal of a carbon neutral society in 2050. READ MORE

5. Biomechanical methods and error analysis related to chronic musculoskeletal pain
Abstract : Background Spinal pain is one of humanity’s most frequent complaints with high costs for the individual and society, and is commonly related to spinal disorders. There are many origins behind these disorders e.g., trauma, disc hernia or of other organic origins. READ MORE
