16. Intermolecular interactions in hydrogen bonded 1:1 molecular complexes. A matrix isolation study
Abstract : A number of matrix isolated binary hydrogen bonded complexes with water as one of the components have been investigated with FTIR in the mid and far infrared regions. Water has been found to be the hydrogen bond donor in complexes with water, ammonia, dimethyl ether and acetone. READ MORE

17. Microcalorimetry and Infrared Spectroscopy : Thermal processes related to solid waste, ageing rubber, phase change materials, and biomass gasification
Abstract : Microcalorimetry (MC) is a unique technique for an online measurement of heat production. It can be applied to solids, liquids, or gases. MC can be used to measure the heat involved in either exothermic or endothermic processes. READ MORE

18. Development of infrared spectroscopy techniques for environmental monitoring
Abstract : Infrared spectroscopy techniques have long been utilized in identifying and quantifying species of interest to us. Many of the elementary molecules in the atmosphere interact with infrared radiation through their ability to absorb and emit energy in vibrational and rotational transitions. READ MORE

19. Damage mechanisms for near-infrared radiation induced cataract
Abstract : Purpose: 1) To estimate the threshold dose and the time evolution for cataract induction by near infrared radiation (IRR) in seconds exposure time domain; 2) to determine the ocular temperature development during the threshold exposure; 3) to investigate if near IRR induces cumulative lens damage considering irradiance exposure time reciprocity; 4) to experimentally estimate the temperature in the lens indirectly from the measurement of temperature-induced light scattering increase. Methods: Before exposure, 6-weeks-old albino rats were anesthetized and the pupils of both eyes were dilated. 20. Process development of III-V-based infrared detectors
Abstract : Type-II Superlattice (T2SL) detectors have revolutionized the field of infraredimaging, establishing themselves as the forefront technology in defense, space, and industrial applications. These detectors enable larger formats and higheroperating temperatures (HOT) that minimize the need for bulky and energyconsumingcryogenic cooling, paving the way for imaging systems with reducedSize, Weight, and Power (SWaP).
