1. Interactions Between Small Heat Shock Proteins and Substrate Proteins Mass Spectrometric Detection of Crosslinked Peptides to Map Protein-Protein Interactions
Abstract : The small heat shock proteins (sHsps) are a widespread class of molecular chaperones existing in all organisms. During heat stress the sHsps protect other proteins from unfolding and aggregation. In plants the sHsps play an especially prominent part of the stress response. READ MORE

2. Proteins in Vacuo : Molecular dynamics studies of hen egg white lysozyme submitted to unfolding and relaxation conditions
Abstract : Electrically neutral and charged lysozyme molecules were studied with molecular dynamics (MD) techniques. Denaturation and renaturation conditions were simulated for the system in vacuo. Experimental observations of biomolecules in vacuo were related to the conformational space accessible under unfolding-relaxation conditions. READ MORE

3. Design of antibody microarrays for global profiling of membrane proteins and soluble proteins
Abstract : Antibody-based microarrays have emerged as an established proteomic technology allowing multiplexed and sensitive profiling of complex proteomes, in a high-throughput and miniaturized manner. Recently, numerous applicative efforts have been pursued generating disease-associated protein signatures that now could be further explored for improved disease diagnostics, prognostics and classification. 4. Digestion and absorption of galactolipids
Abstract : Galactolipids: digalactosyldiglyceride (DGalDG), monogalactosyldiglyceride (MGalDG) and sulfoquinovosyldiglyceride (SQDG) are the major lipid components in thylakoid membranes of chloroplasts i.e. the site of photosynthesis in plants. READ MORE

5. Development of Capillary Electrophoresis Methods Coupled to Mass Spectrometry for Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Analysis
Abstract : The analysis of large intact proteins and complex biological samples containing drug molecules is a common complicated task for many scientists. However, due to the importance of these molecules, there is a growing interest in pharmaceutical and medicinal research to develop rapid, highly sensitive and efficient analytical techniques.
