8. Deracemization of Functionalized Alcohols via Combined Ruthenium and Enzyme Catalysis
Abstract : The major part of this thesis describes the synthesis of enantiopure alcohols and diols by combining ruthenium-catalyzed racemization or epimerization and lipase-catalyzed asymmetric transformations.
