Abstract : This thesis is focused upon investigating how come activities in organizations are sometimes not aligned with an objective at hand, be it a project goal, safety, quality or other. When something goes wrong, where are the answers to be found? 4. Genetic variants of herpes simplex virus type 1
Abstract : Herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) virus causes oral as well as genital lesions, and, on rare occasions, focal encephalitis and severe neonatal infections. Due to the partly overlapping clinical manifestations of infection with HSV-1 and its closest relative among herpesviruses, HSV-2, diagnostic methods are required to discriminate between infections with these two viruses. Abstract : This thesis provides an understanding of the governance of the European asylum regime at the Greek border islands from a multi-level governance perspective. Lesbos, Chios, Samos, Kos, and Leros are the islands which, over the period of a year between 2015 and 2016, received 80% of all refugee arrivals to the EU, and were chosen as the loci of the so-called hotspot approach.
