  1. 11. New Applications of Monoorganocopper/Iodotrimethylsilane Reagents in Conjugate Additions

    Author : Magnus Eriksson; Chalmers tekniska högskola; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; beta-unsaturated; halosilane; conjugate addition; alpha; copper iodide; copper acetylides; organocopper; iodotrimethylsilane; Claisen rearrangement;

    Abstract : The thesis reports new applications of monoorganocopper compounds, RCu(LiI), and iodotrimethylsilane in conjugate additions. The present investigation demonstrates conjugate addition of alkylcopper compounds and iodotrimethylsilane to reactive .alpha.,. READ MORE

  4. 14. Methods for Early Model Validation : Applied on Simulation Models of Aircraft Vehicle Systems

    Author : Magnus Carlsson; Johan Ölvander; Hampus Gavel; Lars Eriksson; Linköpings universitet; []
    Keywords : ;

    Abstract : Simulation  models of physical systems, with or without control software, are widely used in the aeronautic industry in applications ranging from system development to verification and end-user training. With the main drivers of reducing the cost of physical testing and in general enhancing the ability to take early model-based design decisions, there is an ongoing trend of further increasing the portion of modeling and simulation. 5. 15. In-line application of electric fields in capillary separation systems

    Author : Björn Eriksson; Lars Blomberg; Magnus Andersson; Miroslav Macka; Karlstads universitet; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; capillary separation; conductivity; in-line; electric field assisted liquid chromatography; Analytical chemistry; Analytisk kemi; Kemi; Chemistry;

    Abstract : The magnitude of an electric field possible to apply in a capillary separation system is limited, because a high electric field causes a too high current through the capillary. Application of the electric field in-line will give an increased conductivity in the column, further increasing the risk of too high currents. READ MORE
