21. Critical Aspects of Delubrication and Sintering of Chromium-alloyed Powder Metallurgy Steels
Abstract : The cost efficiency and performance of Powder Metallurgy (PM) steels can be improved by replacing conventionally used alloying elements such as copper and nickel with chromium. Utilizing chromium imposes a challenge in terms of processing due to its effect on powder compressibility and high oxygen affinity, the latter of which, to a certain extent, is dealt with by introducing chromium in prealloyed form that decreases its activity. 22. CO2 Capture using Chemical-Looping Combustion – Operational Experience with Gaseous and Solid Fuels
Abstract : CO2 capture and storage has been proposed as an alternative to mitigate global warming. Chemical-looping combustion (CLC) is an unmixed combustion concept where fuel and combustion air are kept separate by means of an oxygen carrier, and the CO2 capture is inherently achieved. READ MORE

23. Thermal Analysis and Investigation of NiO-Based Oxygen Carriers for Chemical-Looping Combustion
Abstract : Capture and storage of CO2 can be used to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from combustion of fossil fuels. Chemical-looping combustion is a two-step combustion process where CO2 is obtained in a separate stream, ready for compression and storage. READ MORE

24. Chemical-Looping Combustion with Natural Gas Using NiO-Based Oxygen Carriers
Abstract : CO2 capture and storage has been proposed as an alternative to mitigate global warming. Chemical-looping combustion is an unmixed combustion concept where fuel and combustion air are kept separate by means of an oxygen carrier and the CO2 capture is inherently achieved. READ MORE

25. Oxidation induced failure of superalloys: High temperature crack growth and oxide scale properties
Abstract : Gas turbine materials are designed to work in extreme environments in high temperature with an oxidising environment and variable mechanical loading. The study of high temperature fatigue properties of these materials is therefore important. READ MORE
