  2. 7. Hidradenitis suppurativa : clinical studies with focus on evaluation

    Author : Karin Sartorius; Karolinska Institutet; Karolinska Institutet; []
    Keywords : ;

    Abstract : Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory disease of mainly unknown aetiology which in most cases involves axillae or groins and that can last for decades. 3. 8. Study of serotonin, innervation and sensory neuropeptides in allergic contact dermatitis

    Author : Husameldin El-Nour; Karolinska Institutet; Karolinska Institutet; []
    Keywords : Allergic contact dermatitis; serotonin; sensory neuropeptides; nerve density;

    Abstract : In a murine model of contact allergy, 24 h after challenge with antigen, increased axonal growth using an antibody to growth-associated protein-43 (GAP-43) was seen in the epidermis and dermis of eczematous skin. Protein gene product 9.5 (PGP 9.5) positive nerve fibres tended to increase in the eczematous skin. READ MORE

  4. 9. Changes in human uterine innervation in term pregnancy and labor occurence and roles of neurotrophins and TRPV1
