Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Systematisk botanik; chemotaxonomy. Physiology of nonvascular plants; Genetic diversity; Geographic differentiation; Systematic botany; RAPDs; taxonomy; morphology; phytogeography; kemotaxonomi. Abstract : In the present thesis, I investigate the hierarchical structure of morphometric and molecular diversity within and between the Nordic dogroses (Rosa Sect. Caninae, Rosaceae). I also investigate patterns of geographic differentiation and taxonomic relationships within the group. READ MORE

  2. 2. Phylogeography of the Adder, Vipera berus

Author : Martin Carlsson; Håkan Tegelström; Michael Douglas; Uppsala universitet; []

Abstract : The phylogeography of a wide ranging temperate species, the adder, Vipera berus, was investigated using several genetic tools, with special emphasis on the post-glacial colonisation pattern of Fennoscandia. The area was colonised from two directions by adder populations representing different glacial refugia. READ MORE

  3. 3. Diversity and phylogeography in Alisma (Alismataceae), with emphasis on Northern European taxa
