1. Superconducting High Speed Passive Interconnects
Abstract : Superconducting digital RSFQ technology offers unique digital processing solutions for the telecommunication that allows more than three times increasing capacity of the 3G networks, makes telecommunication receivers reconfigurable and adjustable for different services, and significantly enhances security level of the data transfer over the fibers.Key features of RSFQ technology are high speed, low power and high integration density. 2. Design of superconductor digital circuits for a 30 GHz DSP and for interface to qubits
Abstract : Superconducting digital technology based on Rapid Single Flux Quantum logic (RSFQ) is a digital technology characterized by high speed, low power consumption and low operational temperatures. RSFQ is attractive for many applications and in particular for high frequency Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and for digital control of mK devices like superconducting qubits. READ MORE

3. Experimental Verification of Superconductor Digital Circuits
Abstract : Superconducting digital technology based on Rapid Single Flux Quantum logic (RSFQ) offers more than 50 times advantages in speed and $100$ times less power consumption than today's mainstream semiconductor electronics. This technology is attractive for many applications and in particular for Digital Signal Processing (DSP) for multi-user detection in a 3G wireless systems being developed at Chalmers University. 4. On interference suppression techniques for communication systems
Abstract : The work presented in this thesis concerns interferencesuppression techniques in two different communication systems. In the first part we study fiber-optic systems with practical non-ideal transmitters and receivers, which give rise to intersymbol interference (ISI). READ MORE

5. Superconductor Digital Signal Processor
Abstract : Superconductor digital technology based on Rapid Single Flux Quantum logic (RSFQ) offers more than 50 times gain in speed and more than 100 reduction in power consumption over mainstream CMOS devices. However, the necessity of cooling down to 4 K and modest degree of integration density currently available mean that employing RSFQ is reasonable only for the tasks that are impossible or ineffective to implement in CMOS technology.
