  1. 1. Testability of Dynamic Real-Time Systems

    Author : Birgitta Lindström; Sten F. Andler; Jeff Offutt; Paul Pettersson; Zebo Peng; Lionel Briand; Linköpings universitet; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Testability; Software testing; Real-time systems; Timeliness; Model-based testing; Computer science; Datalogi; Teknik;

    Abstract : This dissertation concerns testability of event-triggered real-time systems. Real-time systems are known to be hard to test because they are required to function correct both with respect to what the system does and when it does it. READ MORE

  2. 2. A calculus of real time systems

    Author : Yi Wang; Chalmers tekniska högskola; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; timed calculi; Milner s CCS; process algebras; real time systems;

    Abstract : .... READ MORE

  3. 3. Synthesis of Safety-Critical Real-Time Systems

    Author : Yuanbin Zhou; Zebo Peng; Petru Ion Eles; Soheil Samii; Luis Almeida; Linköpings universitet; []
    Keywords : TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Safety-Critical Systems; Real-Time Systems; Time-Sensitive Networking; Mixed-Criticality Systems;

    Abstract : Modern safety-critical real-time systems are becoming more and more complex, due to sophisticated applications such as advanced driving assistance, automated driving, advanced infotainment, and applications involving machine learning and deep learning. This has led to increased requirements for the communication infrastructures. READ MORE

  4. 4. Programming embedded real-time systems : implementation techniques for concurrent reactive objects

    Author : Simon Aittamaa; Mikael Sjödin; Luleå tekniska universitet; []
    Keywords : TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Inbyggda system; Embedded System;

    Abstract : An embedded system is a computer system that is a part of a larger device with hardware and mechanical parts. Such a system often has limited resources (such as processing power, memory, and power) and it typically has to meet hard real-time requirements. READ MORE

  5. 5. On distributed real-time systems : the mStar environment, net-based learning and context-aware applications

    Author : Kåre Synnes; Luleå tekniska universitet; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Distribuerade datorsystem; Mobile and Pervasive Computing;

    Abstract : This doctoral thesis presents two frameworks for distributed real-time systems, the mStar environment for Computer Supported Collaborative Work (CSCW) and the Alipes architecture for context-aware applications, from the perspective of distributed teamwork and net-based learning. The mStar environment was designed to be symmetric and fully distributed, which allows all users equal access and thus full interactivity, as well as scalable through the use of IP multicast and a server-less design.
