6. Om organisering av det regenerativa arbetet : samtal om roll, process och interaktivt meningsskapande
Abstract : The focal point of this thesis is an interest in the phenomena of regenerative work, which is a work that has the potential of recreating and developing human resources and energy. The aim is to make a contribution, by presenting a supplementary perspective, to this area of research by considering regenerative work through a process perspective where the centre of interest is transferred from being a question of what to a question of how? The guiding research question is as follows: How could the organizing processes of regenerative work be understood? - more specifically - through an interactive approach the purpose is to describe, analyze and understand those everyday processes that have implications for regenerative work. 7. A Class of Renewal Processes in Random Environments
Abstract : This paper deals with a generalization of the class of renewal processes with absolutely continuous life length distribution, obtained by allowing a random environment to modulate the stochastic intensity of the renewal process. The random environment is a birth and death process with a finite state space. READ MORE

8. The Pneumatic Hybrid Vehicle - A New Concept for Fuel Consumption Reduction
Abstract : Urban traffic involves frequent acceleration and deceleration. During deceleration, the energy previously used to accelerate the vehicle is mainly wasted on heat generated by the friction brakes. If this energy that is wasted in traditional internal combustion engines (ICE) could be saved, the fuel economy would improve. READ MORE

9. Regenerative effects of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes
Abstract : Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) play pivotal roles for bone regeneration by virtue of their osteogenic differentiation ability and immunomodulatory capacity. Recently, secretion of exosomes/extracellular vesicles (EVs) has been suggested as a new mechanism of MSC-based therapy. READ MORE

10. Chatter stability of turning and milling with process damping
Abstract : The prediction of chatter instability in machining steel and thermal-resistant alloys at low cutting speeds has been difficult due to unknown process damping contributed by the contact mechanism between tool flank and wavy surface finish. This thesis presents modeling and measurement of process damping coefficients, and the prediction of chatter stability limits for turning and milling operations at low cutting speeds. READ MORE
