  1. 16. Gene regulation and immune mechanisms in multiple sclerosis experimental models

    Author : Monica Sofia Calado Marta; Karolinska Institutet; Karolinska Institutet; []
    Keywords : ;

    Abstract : Our strategy was to fine map and identify, in an unbiased way, genes or small regions that regulate myelin-oligodendrocyte glycoprotein-induced EAE (MOG-EAE). Such genes are important as they can then be tested for a role in MS. READ MORE

  5. 20. Immune regulation at the fetal‐maternal interface with focus on decidual macrophages

    Abstract : A successful pregnancy requires that the maternal immune system adapts to tolerate the semi-allogeneic fetal-placental unit. This adaptation mainly occurs locally, i.e. at the fetal-maternal interface, where fetal-derived tissues come into close contact with maternal cells in the uterine endometrium (called decidua during pregnancy).
