  1. 1. Regularity of multilinear oscillatory integral operators and nonlinear dispersive partial differential equations

    Author : Aksel Bergfeldt; Wolfgang Staubach; Dorothee Frey; Uppsala universitet; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; oscillatory integral operators; partial differential equations; Mathematics; Matematik;

    Abstract : We show regularity of multilinear Schrödinger integral operators as well as multilinear oscillatory integrals with connection to dispersive partial differential equations. These results are used to show regularity of a system of nonlinear dispersive partial differential equations... READ MORE

  2. 2. Regularity Properties of Oscillatory Integral Operators on Function Spaces

    Author : Anders Israelsson; Wolfgang Staubach; Malabika Pramanik; Uppsala universitet; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Mathematics; Matematik;

    Abstract : We establish regularity results for a variety of oscillatory integral operators, some of which introduced for the first time in this thesis, in general function spaces such as Besov-Lipschitz and Triebel-Lizorkin spaces. These estimates yield new local and global regularity results for evolutionary partial differential equations... READ MORE

  3. 3. Resonances of Dirac Operators

    Author : Jimmy Kungsman; Wolfgang Staubach; Roman Schubert; Uppsala universitet; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Semiclassical analysis; Dirac operator; resonances; Poisson trace formula; scattering theory; complex absorbing potential; pseudodifferential operator; Mathematics; Matematik;

    Abstract : This thesis consists of a summary of four papers dealing with resonances of Dirac operators on Euclidean 3-space. In Paper I we show that the Complex Absorbing Potential (CAP) method is valid in the semiclassical limit for resonances sufficiently close to the real line if the potential is smooth and compactly supported.
