11. Cell cycle genes in chondrosarcoma. Involvement of the Id1 and p16 pathways
Abstract : Chondrosarcoma is a malignant, cartilaginous tumour arising from bone. The wide variationin morphology, behaviour and clinical outcome raise the question whether chondrosarcomasare several different but closely related tumours rather than a single entity. READ MORE

12. Effects of ARF1 and phospholipase D on the assembly and secretion of apoB-100 containing lipoproteins
Abstract : Hydrophobic insoluble lipids such as triglycerides and cholesterol ester are transported in spherical, water-soluble molecular complexes called lipoproteins. Lipoproteins are secreted mainly from the liver and intestine into the plasma for distribution to peripheral tissues. READ MORE

13. Chromatin Remodeling by BRG1 and SNF2H : Biochemistry and Function
Abstract : Chromatin is a highly dynamic, regulatory component in the process of transcription, repair, recombination and replication. The BRG1 and SNF2H proteins are ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling proteins that modulate chromatin structure to regulate DNA accessibility for DNA-binding proteins involved in these processes. 14. In Vitro Studies of Adrenocorticolytic DDT Metabolites, with Special Focus on 3-methylsulfonyl-DDE
Abstract : The DDT metabolite 3-methylsulfonyl-DDE (3-MeSO2-DDE) is bioactivated by cytochrome P450 11B1 (CYP11B1) in the adrenal cortex of mice and forms irreversibly bound protein adducts, reduces glucocorticoid secretion, and induces cell death selectively in cortisol-producing adrenocortical cells. 3-MeSO2-DDE has therefore been proposed as a lead compound for an improved adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) therapy. 15. Everyday behaviour in dogs : breed differences and genetic analysis
Abstract : The absolute majority of dogs are kept as companion animals. Dogs kept as family pets are frequently exposed to noisy and crowded environments, and often have to interact with unfamiliar dogs and humans. In Sweden, we have a long history of recording behaviour in dogs on a large scale. READ MORE
