1. Electroosmosis Based Treatment Approach for Cerebral Edema
Abstract : Cerebral edema characterized as an abnormal accumulation of excess fluid in the intracellular or extracellular spaces has not been treated effectively despite aggressive treatments. As a result, cerebral edema often leads to intracranial pressure (ICP) elevation with potentially severe consequences unless treated effectively. READ MORE

2. Telomeres and the brain : an investigation into the relationships of leukocyte telomere length with functional and structural attributes of the brain
Abstract : Telomeres are the outermost parts of linear chromosomes. They consist of tandemly repeated non-coding short nucleotide sequences (TTAGGG in all vertebrates), in humans spanning over the last 2 to 15 kilobase pairs of the chromosome. Due to the end-replication problem, telomeres shorten with each cellular division. READ MORE
