21. Structure, phase behavior, and dynamics of colloidal systems characterized by strong, short- and moderate-ranged attractions: a computational study
Abstract : Attractions between colloidal particles are often so strong that non-equilibrium behavior results. However, dissolved non-adsorbing polymer can be added to give a weak attraction between particles so that equilibrium phase transitions appear at moderate polymer concentrations. READ MORE

22. Gift and Exchange in the Reciprocal Regime of the Miskito on the Atlantic Coast of Nicaragua, 20th Century
Abstract : This dissertation is a historical-comparative analysis of a conflict that has developed in the economic system of the Miskito in the 20th century, concerning the use of common property resources. The study is based on empirical material collected in a Miskito/Creole village on the Atlantic Coast of Nicaragua in the 1990s. READ MORE

23. The effects of stage-specific differences in energetics on community structure
Abstract : When intraspecific individuals differ in resource intake, scramble competition occurs among inferior individuals growing food-dependently. Scramble can be released through predation mortality. As a consequence of this release, production rates in inferior individuals increase and biomass overcompensation in the subsequent life-stages may occur. READ MORE

24. Ontogeny and Population Biology of a Sex-Limited Colour Polymorphism
Abstract : This study has involved investigation of number of populations of the damselfly Ischnura elegans over several years, looking at frequency changes over time, morphological differences between the sexes and the morphs, differences in growth rate and development time, differences in fecundity between the morphs, and genetic differentiation between populations. I. READ MORE

25. Spaces for innovation
Abstract : Workspace design, as an enabling factor in innovation, is an emerging topic for innovation and design research. However, little research has been done on users’ experience on workspaces for innovation in a manufacturing industrial context. READ MORE
