6. Characteristics of electrostatic discharges (ESD) based on current, optical and magnetic radiation fields
Abstract : In this thesis parameters characterising electrostatic discharges such as the current, the magnetic fieldand the optical radiation are investigated. Optical radiation and magnetic fields generated by ESD aremeasured together with their current signatures in the time domain. READ MORE

7. Measures, interventions, and outcomes: exploring inpatient psychiatric care
Abstract : The general aim of this thesis was to investigate interventions and outcomes in psychiatric inpatient care through the use of assessment scales and database information. Another aim was to contribute to the knowledge of the Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF) scale in regard to reliability, validity and as a measure of the outcome of treatment. READ MORE

8. Carbon Nanotube Polymer Composites: Mechanical, Electrical and Photorefractive Properties
Abstract : Incorporation of carbon nanotubes (CNT) into polymers is attractive due to the generally good processability of polymers and unprecedented properties of nanotubes. In this work, preparation and matrix known earlier but not employed so-far for nanocomposites are studied towards enhanced mechanical and electrical performances. READ MORE

9. Morphology of Tigris River inside Baghdad City
Abstract : Tigris and Euphrates rivers represent the artery of life in Iraq. Tigris River rises from Turkey and flows toward the southeast to enter Iraq. It drains a catchment area of 473 100 km² of which about 58% lies in Iraq. In this study the reach, about 50 km long, of the river inside Baghdad was been studied. READ MORE

10. Lithium intercalation in tin oxide films : Physics and electrochemistry
Abstract : Tin oxide films were made by reactive rf magnetron sputtering under conditions that led to both electronic and ionic conductivity. It was found that a high sputter pressure promoted porosity and a high charge capacity. READ MORE
