11. Real-Time Optimization of Cone Crushers
Abstract : Cone crushers are used in the mineral, mining, and aggregate industry for fragmentation and production of rock materials. Cone crusher control systems are widely used for machine protection, wear compensation and, to some extent, increasing production. These systems ordinarily focus on the crusher and not the yield of production process. READ MORE

12. Postoperative Symptoms After Gynaecological Surgery : How They Are Influenced by Prophylactic Antiemetics Sensory Stimulation (P6-Acupressure)
Abstract : Symptoms after surgery and anaesthesia influence the patient´s ability to resume daily activities. If postoperative symptoms are controlled rehabilitation may be accelerated. READ MORE

13. On methods of evaluation of lower extremity eccentric muscle performance and loading
Abstract : This investigation has developed and evaluated methods for measuring eccentric muscle function and loading of the human lower extremity, including isokinetic tests of knee extensor muscle performance and a comprehensive in vivo method for conditions of functional loading. For measurement of knee extensor muscle performance, a protocol of 100 repetitive maximal actions at 90° was applied using a Biodex isokinetic dynamometer. READ MORE

14. Muscle injury and pain : effects of eccentric exercise, sprint running, forward lunge and sports massage
Abstract : Muscle injuries are the most common injury in sports and both athletes and non-athletes are commonly seen in general practice and in the emergency department. Muscle pain is a common cause for absence from work and the cost to society is high. READ MORE

15. Biomechanical and neural aspects of eccentric and concentric muscle performance in stroke subjects : Implications for resistance training
Abstract : Muscle weakness is one of the major causes of post-stroke disability. Stroke rehabilitation programs now often incorporate the same type of resistance training that is used for healthy subjects; however, the training effects induced from these training strategies are often limited for stroke patients.
