1. Integrated Access and Backhaul for 5G and Beyond (6G)
Abstract : Enabling network densification to support coverage-limited millimeter wave (mmWave) frequencies is one of the main requirements for 5G and beyond. It is challenging to connect a high number of base stations (BSs) to the core network via a transport network. READ MORE

2. Feeding cassava foliage to sheep : nutrient properties and hydrogen cyanide toxicity
Abstract : The potential of cassava foliage (Manihot esculenta Crantz) as a protein-rich feed in sheep production in Vietnam was examined by studying cassava foliage yield, hydrogen cyanide (HCN) content, toxicity and performance of lambs fed the foliage as a supplement. Cassava foliage fed ad libitum as a protein supplement to a basal diet of urea-treated rice straw gave similar lamb live weight gain (LWG) as diets supplemented with commercial concentrate or protein-rich foliage of stylosanthes (Stylosanthes guianensis) or jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus). 4. Beef production based on cassava products and legume foliage in Vietnam
Abstract : The overall aim of this thesis was to determine the associative effects of supplemental sources of protein, or protein and energy, using cassava products and legume foliage on rumen degradability, in vivo digestibility, feed intake and growth rate of crossbred growing cattle. First it was hypothesized that the substitution of a part of a conventional concentrate with mixed cassava and legume foliage will positively influence rumen degradability and improve the performance of growing cattle. 5. Erythrina foliage as an alternative feed for growing goats in Lao PDR
Abstract : Foliages from some tropical plants and from different species of the legume Erythrina were examined in five studies assessing the characteristics of these foliages as feed for goats. Digestibility and feed preference studies showed that ad libitum feeding of foliage from Erythrina (Erythrina variegata), jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus) and kapok (Ceiba pentandra) resulted in a longer time spent eating and more changes in diet selection, feed intake, crude protein (CP) digestibility and nitrogen (N) retention than foliage from jujube (Ziziphus jujube Mill), fig (Ficus racemosa) and mango (Mangifera indica).
