21. Ion Tracks for Micro- and Nanofabrication : From Single Channels to Superhydrophobic Surfaces
Abstract : A method is described for preset-count irradiations between 1 and 100 ions singling-out individual ions from an ion beam with more than a billion ions arriving per second. The ion tracks are etched in a conductometric system with real-time evaluation of the acquired data. The etch process can be interrupted when reaching a preset channel diameter. READ MORE

22. Reading acquisition and self-concept
Abstract : The main purpose of the present dissertation was to dismember and reconstruct some aspects of the complex relationship between literacy development and self-concept. Two main principles were included in the general design of the longitudinal investigation. READ MORE

23. Development of Numerical Methods for Turbulent Flow in Complex Rotating Systems
Abstract : A computer code has been developed to predict three-dimensional incompressible turbulent flow in complex rotating geometries. The application in mind is turbomachinery in general. However such a code is able to treat a large number of problems in fluid mechanics. READ MORE

24. Computational study of rivulets using Volume of Fluid
Abstract : This thesis focuses on numerical methods of soiling and some multiphase concepts related to it.The Volume of Fluid method was tested in two different test cases and showed fairly good results. The first test case was a gravity driven rivulet on an inclined plate, where it was an inlet with a constant water velocity at the beginning of the plate. 25. At the End of the Rainbow - Post-winning life among Swedish lottery winners
Abstract : This thesis is based upon empirical data from a quantitative survey among 420 Swedish lottery winners and from qualitative interviews with fourteen individual lottery winners. By examining how winners of large lottery prizes manage and experience their situation after winning, this thesis illustrates how sudden wealth affects people‟s behaviours and sense of self. READ MORE
