1. Particle generation for geometallurgical process modeling
Abstract : A geometallurgical model is the combination of a spatial model representing an ore deposit and a process model representing the comminution and concentration steps in beneficiation. The process model itself usually consists of several unit models. READ MORE

2. Geophysical 3D models of Paleoproterozoic Iron Oxide Apatite mineralization’s and Related Mineral Systems in Norrbotten, Sweden
Abstract : The Northern Norrbotten ore district hosts a multitude of Sweden’s mineral deposits including world class deposits such as the Malmberget and Kirunavaara Iron oxide apatite deposits, the Aitik Iron oxide copper gold deposit, and a multitude of smaller deposits. Northern Norrbotten has been shaped by tectonothermal events related to the evolution of the Fennoscandian Shield and is a geologically complex environment. READ MORE

3. Application of copper corrosion inhibitors in mineral oil : Surface analytical studies and corrosion mitigation evaluations
Abstract : This doctoral thesis explores the copper corrosion inhibiting properties of a number of nitrogen containing hetero-organic compounds in refined mineral oil. Traditional organic corrosion inhibitors, as well as novel and bioorganic compounds have been studied. READ MORE

4. Physicochemical studies of oxide zinc mineral flotation
Abstract : At the present, zinc is produced mostly from zinc sulphide ores because the sulphides are easy to separate from the gangue and to concentrate by conventional flotation techniques but in the case of oxide zinc ores, the recovery of zinc is not enough high. The objective of the present study is to investigate the influence of different cationic, anionic and mixed collectors on the flotation of smithsonite mineral and an oxide zinc ore at various concentrations and pH values. 5. Minerals and Managers: : production contexts as evidence for social organization in Zimbabwean prehistory
Abstract : In the Zimbabwean past, farming societies utilized mineral resources for their own use and for exchange to local and regional populations, as well as to markets beyond African borders. Successful agriculture was constrained by environmental hazards, principally unpredictable and often inadequate rainfall. READ MORE
