1. Future Technology Support of Command and Control : Assessing the impact of assumed future technologies on cooperative command and control
Abstract : In response to technological advances, especially in the field of information and communication technology (ICT), the so called revolution in military affairs (RMA) and later the concept of network-centric warfare (NCW) emerged as a theory to further utilize technology for military command and control (C2). Advocates of the Swedish ROLF 2010-vision and the concept of NCW have made claims and assumptions that future technology will improve mission effectiveness by, for example, increasing the understanding of a current situation and its development, the speed of command, and providing means to utilize more efficient forms of organizations. 2. Managing Mega technological projects : The case of the defence industry and Network Centric Warfare projects
Abstract : This thesis project consists of acomparative work on three different militarymegaprojects regarding Network CentricWarfare, in three different countries: theUnited States, France and Sweden. The aim ofthe comparison is to find similarities anddifferences with respect to why, and if, theprojects failed, or are failing, and if they failed - to what extent. READ MORE

3. Aircraft Trajectory Optimization with Tactical Constraints
Abstract : Aircrafttrajectory optimization is traditionally used forminimizing fuel consumption or time when going from one flightstate to another. This thesis presents a possible approach toincorporate tactical constraints in aircraft trajectoryoptimization. The stealth technology of today focuses on making thetactics already in use more effective. READ MORE

4. Architectural Evolution of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) using Cloud Computing
Abstract : With the advent of Smart Cities, Intelligent Transport System (ITS) has become an efficient way of offering an accessible, safe, and sustainable transportation system. Utilizing advances in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), ITS can maximize the capacity of existing transportation system without building new infrastructure. READ MORE

5. Dependable Distributed Control System : Redundancy and Concurrency defects
Abstract : Intelligent devices, interconnectivity, and information exchange are characteristics often associated with Industry 4.0. A peer-to-peer-oriented architecture with the network as the system center succeeds the traditional controller-centric topology used in today's distributed control systems, improving information exchange in future designs.
