    Abstract : This thesis addresses the open questions of providing a cosmological model describing an accelerated expanding Universe without violating the energy conditions or a model that contributes to the physical interpretation of the dark energy.     Abstract : The aggregation and phase behavior of fluorocarbon surfactants in micellar, and liquid crystalline phases, and micellization in nonideal mixed fluorocarbon-hydrocarbon surfactant system have been investigated by means of a variety of techniques.The demixing in mixed surfactant systems was studied in the dilute solution region by using time-resolved fluorescence quenching measurements.
