Dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) reduces the risk for ischaemic events in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) but increases the bleeding risk, both for spontaneous bleedings and procedure-related bleedings for the subset of ACS patients undergoing urgent CABG.
