1. On the Clebsch-Gordan problem for quiver representations
Abstract : On the category of representations of a given quiver we define a tensor product point-wise and arrow-wise. The corresponding Clebsch-Gordan problem of how the tensor product of indecomposable representations decomposes into a direct sum of indecomposable representations is the topic of this thesis. 2. Constructions in higher-dimensional Auslander-Reiten theory
Abstract : This thesis consists of an introduction and five research articles about representation theory of algebras.Papers I and II focus on the tensor product of algebras from the point of view of higher-dimensional Auslander-Reiten theory. In Paper I we consider the tensor product Λ of two algebras which are n- respectively m-representation finite. READ MORE

3. Semigroups, multisemigroups and representations
Abstract : This thesis consists of four papers about the intersection between semigroup theory, category theory and representation theory. We say that a representation of a semigroup by a matrix semigroup is effective if it is injective and define the effective dimension of a semigroup S as the minimal n such that S has an effective representation by square matrices of size n. 4. Structure and representations of certain classes of infinite-dimensional algebras
Abstract : We study several infinite-dimensional algebras and their representation theory. In Paper I, we study the category O for the (centrally extended) Schrödinger Lie algebra, which is an analogue of the classical BGG category O. We decompose the category into a direct sum of "blocks", and describe Gabriel quivers of these blocks. READ MORE

5. Ext-algebras of standard modules over quasi-hereditary algebras
Abstract : This thesis concerns the representation theory of a particular class of finite-dimensional algebras, called quasi-hereditary algebras. In particular, it considers two subclasses of quasi-hereditary algebras: dual extension algebras and hereditary algebras. It consists of three papers. READ MORE
