6. Proteomic profiles and gene expressions in the symbiotically competent cyanobacterium Nostoc sp. PCC 73102
Abstract : Nostoc PCC 73102 is an evolutionary important cyanobacterium with multiple phenotypic traits and symbiotic capacities. Based on two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry, a proteomic approach was developed in order to obtain protein profiles of this symbiotically competent cyanobacterium during three trophic types/life stages: free-living photo-autotrophic and diazotrophic growth conditions, dark heterotrophic conditions and hormogonium formation. 7. Nonuniform bandpass sampling in radio receivers
Abstract : As an interface between radio receiver front-ends and digital signal processing blocks, sampling devices play a dominant role in digital radio communications. As an interface between radio receiver front-ends and digital signal processing blocks, sampling devices play a dominant role in digital radio communications. READ MORE

8. Generalized Bandpass Sampling Receivers for Software Defined Radio
Abstract : Based on different sampling theorem, for example classic Shannon’s sampling theorem and Papoulis’ generalized sampling theorem, signals are processed by the sampling devices without loss of information. As an interface between radio receiver front-ends and digital signal processing blocks, sampling devices play a dominant role in digital radio communications. READ MORE

9. Modelling the evolution of treatment-induced resistance in Ph+ leukaemias
Abstract : Targeted therapies are a mainstay of modern cancer treatments. Rather than harming rapidly dividing cells in general, targeted therapies work by directly interfering with oncogenic molecular pathways present in a tumour. Consequently, a targeted therapy typically has less severe side effects. READ MORE

10. Strategies to overcome drug resistance in FLT3+ AML
Abstract : Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a hematopoietic malignancy with poor survivalrate and limited therapeutic options. Targeted treatment of other types ofcancer, for instance chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and breast cancer, has seensignificant progress. READ MORE
