Abstract : Ewing's sarcoma/PNET and synovial sarcoma, all regarded as high-grade tumours, have their peak incidence during the second decade of life, thus affecting children and adolescents. Abstract : Synovial sarcoma is a rare but aggressive paediatric soft tissue sarcoma that is driven by the genomic rearrangement t(X;18)(p11.2;q11.2).
