  2. 2. Self-perceived oral health, dental utilization and satisfaction with dental care - a longitudinal study in one Swedish age cohort

    Author : K Ståhlnacke; Malmö högskola; []
    Keywords : MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES;

    Abstract : Det finns en officiell målsättning om oral hälsa i Sverige, uttryckt i tandvårdslagen som god tandhälsa och god tandvård på lika villkor för hela befolkningen. Det övergripande syftet med denna avhandling var att analysera tandvårdslagens målsättning från en grupp patienters egna upplevelser och uppfattningar. READ MORE

  3. 3. Thermo-Elasto-Hydrodynamic lubrication modeling of Tilting Pad Journal Bearings

    Author : Philip Croné; Luleå tekniska universitet; []
    Keywords : TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Machine Elements; Maskinelement;

    Abstract : The journal bearing is a critical machine element typically used to support rotating motion in high speed machinery. Through the generation of a hydrodynamic pressure in its thin lubricant film,which is usually in the order of 10-100μmthick depending on the diameter of the journal itself, the bearing is able to withstand large loads, both statically and dynamically, while having a very low rate of wear. 4. 4. Experimental Investigation of Refrigerant Charge Minimisation of a Small Capacity Heat Pump

    Author : W. Primal D. Fernando; Björn Palm; Alberto Gavallini; KTH; []
    Keywords : TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; heat pump; propane; low-charge; Wilson plot method; minichannels; aluminium heat exhangers; single.phase flow; Mechanical and thermal engineering; Mekanisk och termisk energiteknik;

    Abstract : Enormous quantities of heat are available in air, soil, water, exhaust air from buildings, and in waste water of any kind. However these heat sources are use-less for heating purposes since their temperatures are lower than the tempera-ture required for heating. READ MORE
