  1. 1. Time-Frequency Analysis in Attosecond Spectroscopy

    Author : Marcus Isinger; Atomfysik; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Attosecond; Spectroscopy; Time-Frequency; High-order harmonic generation; Rabitt; Interferometry;

    Abstract : This thesis deals with ultrafast dynamics of electronic processes in rare gas atoms. The processes we explore include photoemission, where we time the emission of electrons moving away from the atomic core following ionization by a photon; and auto-ionization, where the atom spontaneously releases an electron wave-packet following photo-excitation. 2. 2. Discrete Stochastic Time-Frequency Analysis and Cepstrum Estimation

    Author : Johan Sandberg; Matematisk statistik; []
    Keywords : NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; ambiguity domain; time-frequency analysis; time-frequency representations; covariance function; non-stationary random processes; Speaker recognition; MFCC; cepstrum;

    Abstract : The theory of stochastic time-frequency analysis of non-stationary random processes has mostly been developed for processes in continuous time. In practice however, random processes are observed, processed, and interpreted at a finite set of time points. READ MORE

  3. 3. Methods in time-frequency analysis

    Author : Johan Brynolfsson; Statistical Signal Processing Group; []

  4. 4. Time-frequency analysis of atrial fibrillation

    Author : Frida Sandberg; Institutionen för elektro- och informationsteknik; []
    Keywords : TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY;

    Abstract : This licentiate thesis, containing two papers, is in the field of biomedical signal processing with main focus on signal processing of the ECG in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF). The two papers deal with different aspects of characterization of the f waves during atrial fibrillation. READ MORE

  5. 5. Statistical inference and time-frequency estimation for non-stationary signal classification

    Author : Rachele Anderson; Statistical Signal Processing Group; []
    Keywords : TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Non-stationary processes; stochastic modeling; inference; spectral analysis; time-frequency analysis; classification; biomedical applications; deep learning;

    Abstract : This thesis focuses on statistical methods for non-stationary signals. The methods considered or developed address problems of stochastic modeling, inference, spectral analysis, time-frequency analysis, and deep learning for classification. READ MORE
