1. On Sequential Treatment Allocations in Clinical Trials
Abstract : This dissertation treats baseline-dependent sequential designs of two-treatment parallel-group clinical trials. The treatment assignments are chosen in order to minimize the variance, in a linear model, of the treatment effect.
